Terms of auction / sale

1. Important: If your feedback score is zero, (i.e. you are a new Ejay member), please email us first before bidding (Use the "Ask seller a question" feature). This is to confirm the identity of bidders. We reserve the right to cancel the bids of members who have excessive negative feedback, or 0 feedback rating bidders who have not emailed us.
2. Bid only if you're serious about purchasing this item, as your bid is a binding contract to buy.
3. Non-paying bidders will be reported, and we reserve the right to re-list the item after 7 days. Appropriate feedback will also be left
4. Winning bidder is to make contact with seller within 3 days of auction end, and pay within 7 days.
5. Buyer is to pay for all postage costs.
6. If you have any questions, please ask at least 24 hours BEFORE the auction ends, and ideally a few days before the end. Your questions may not be able to be answered on time if you ask in the last few hours of an auction. There will be no refunds for any items that are not compatible/suitable/etc for your needs or requirements.
7. I do not accept COD, personal cheque, money order, etc. Strictly bank deposit only, unless otherwise agreed to at least a day before the auction ends
8. No pickups - unless otherwise agreed to by both parties (buyer & seller) or as indicated
9. Items sold as "Working", "Good Condition" and "tested" qualify for a refund if you receive it in a non-working condition. You must send it back to us within 15 days. Postage costs are non refundable.
10. All items sold as "Faulty", "Not working" and "untested" do not qualify for refunds. Please bid accordingly.

Postage and Payment

Pickup preferred due to size of this item. Accepted payment method for pickup is cash.

However, if you wish to have the item posted, you need to send us a cheque, or pay via bank desposit. Bank account details are provided in the checkout / payment details page.
Note: Postage and handling costs are fixed. No discounts apply for local postage. You may organise your own courier if you prefer. By bidding, you agree to pay for postage costs.
