To protect members of the public, as well as preventing our users from breaking the
law, and maintaining a fair online trading marketplace, certain items are banned.
Sellers must not sell, or attempt to sell the following on eJay:
Note that this is not an exhaustive list, and may be amended to from time to time. There may be other laws or legislation that prevent certain types of goods (which may not be mentioned here) from being sold. It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods you sell do not violate any local, state and commonwealth laws.
Any listing which does not comply with the above will be subject to removal from eJay without notice. Sellers may also be barred from selling on eJay.
eJay will co-operate with law enforcement agencies if requested to do so.

- Fake or counterfeit items
- Alcohol or liquors
- Firearms
- Perishable foodstuffs
- Stolen items
- Drugs, medication or other pharmaceuticals
- Items which infringe on the rights of copyright owners (such as unlicensed software or illegally copied movies or music)
- Soiled or dirty clothing
- Items which are not legal for trade
