The peer feedback system enables sellers and buyers to record their experiences with their trading
partner. When you are about to bid on or buy an item from a seller, it is highly recommended that you
review the feedback that was left for the seller to determine how honest the seller is.
Feedback is the cornerstone of online transactions, as it lets you see what others thought about a particular eJay member. Both buyers and sellers may leave feedback for each other, if they are involved in a transaction.
It is highly recommended that you leave feedback for your trading partner. You may leave feedback in the following circumstances:

- Successful transaction - The Seller received the correct payment. The Buyer received their item. The item was as described. Both trading partners should leave positive feedback.
- Unsuccessful transaction - The seller did not receive payment, or the buyer recived the item and it was not as described, and the dispute could not be resolved.
